The bad about HostNexus

The darkest moment of HostNexus was experienced in 2005 when the Alpha server crashed.  They were caught by a surprise especially noting that they were not maintaining any back ups and businesses of more than 100 clients were affected. The company had promised compensation but it never came to be fruitful as clients received pay bills instead.

Still, spam filtering has always been a major issue with HostNexus which has been a great source of frustrations to clients and is in itself totally unacceptable.
